About me

I am of Montana mom of 2 teenagers and a hobby farm.

I am a certified yoga and SUP instructor with an actual B.S. degree in Outdoor Education.

In 2016, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called ankylosis spondylitis. It has caused severe pain. But through yoga and breath work, I have been able to find balance and movement.
